Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kalden Running. We currently ship orders within the United States only.

 


 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Express shipping may be available at checkout and typically takes 1–3 business days after processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.


Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kaldenrunning.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Kalden Running reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
