At Kalden Running, we strive to provide a transparent and efficient shipping experience. We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
1. Free Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.
2. Trusted Carriers
We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the package weight and your delivery location.
3. Order Processing & Cutoff Times

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday.

Handling Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Our standard handling time is 2–4 business days.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Standard Shipping: FREE via USPS or UPS (3–7 business days after the handling period).

Express Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout (1–3 business days after handling).

Total Delivery Time: For free standard shipping, please allow 5–11 business days (2–4 days handling + 3–7 days transit).
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s portal (USPS or UPS). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. Note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kaldenrunning.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
