Refund policy
At Kalden Running, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@kaldenrunning.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition and packaging
Sent back within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
2. EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Email support@kaldenrunning.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.
3. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and details. We’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
